You have elected to use a secure bill presentment and payment technology platform (the "Platform") offered on behalf of your utility through Central Service Association, ("CSA," "us" or "we"), which is an authorized billing provider for your utility. Your Gas Utility Provider is Universal Natural Gas. Universal Natural Gas is headquartered in The Woodlands, TX, and provides natural gas distribution services to approximately 30,000 residential, commercial, and industrial customers across the Lone Star State.
To pay your utility bill in person or by mail, make your check out to Oak Ridge Utility District, and reference your account number. Then drop it off anytime Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. at our office: 120 S. Jefferson Circle, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. Or, mail it to the same address.
