You have elected to use a secure bill presentment and payment technology platform (the "Platform") offered on behalf of your utility through Central Service Association, ("CSA," "us" or "we"), which is an authorized billing provider for your utility. In order to use this Platform, you must accept these terms and conditions.

To pay your utility bill in person or by mail, make your check out to Oak Ridge Utility District, and reference your account number. Then drop it off anytime Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. at our office: 120 S. Jefferson Circle, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. Or, mail it to the same address.
