I know the servers are terminated and such, but does anyone know if i can somewhere download a game with a private server or such? Any of the Pre-steam release o2jams would be amazing.
O2JamV3 International (also formerly known as O2Jam Recollection, then O2Jam R3) is an official online private server by the new founder, Vice Pres. of V3-Games, MrSawi. The server provides the original O2Jam songs and lots of other new songs such as electronic, vocaloid, techno, anime, trance, j-pop and so much more.

I know that the original game is long gone and I know about private servers but I have no idea which one to pick. INT seems to be completely gone due to VALOFE, the company behind the shitshow that was O2Jam Online sending a cease and desist letter to them.
It's pretty much the best server out there especially if you aren't a level 80+ player. Five different channels with great song lists.
How to run the software. You need copy of O2-JAM 1.8 (You can get one from O2-JAM Interval) Place X3Solo in game directory. Run X3Solo and click Start Game. Building the software. There already pre-build binaries for this software in Github Releases or in O2-JAM Interval Discord Server.
