1 mar 2015 · NASTYGIRL's old man! The rockers on these engines are self adjusting so unfortunately you can not adjust them. Crane sells a trunion kit that may work on the 5.3 which takes care of those pesky needle bearings that like to fail / fall out. Simple install and inexpensive.
