NYCHA’s Customer Contact Center (CCC) walk-in locations are now open by appointment only.

  7. Public Housing NYCHA applications are assigned a priority code based upon the information provided, and placed on the Housing Authority’s preliminary waiting list for an eligibility interview. You should receive an acknowledgement letter from NYCHA within 30 days of receiving your application.
