1 paź 2024 · After getting certified by a healthcare provider, patients can use their medical cannabis certification, either a paper copy or on a smart device, along with a government issued photo ID, at any licensed New York State medical dispensary to purchase cannabis products.
Additionally, office visits related to patient evaluation and certification for medical cannabis are Medicaid reimbursable services. Medical cannabis products are not a covered benefit under New York State Medicaid, but Registered Organizations (ROs) may provide discounted products or reduced prices for certified patients.
