23 wrz 2021 · “While Peter and Rose have dissipated, Tropical Storm Sam formed today 1745 mi ESE of the northern Leeward Islands. Sam is moving to the W at 16 mph with max sustained winds of 50 mph. Sam is forecast to become a hurricane Friday and near major hurricane intensity by Sunday.”
There is still some uncertainty regarding how close to the coast the storm tracks and where the rain-snow line sets up and how fast the storm intensifies.
