To run dxdiag, hit the Windows key + R, type in dxdiag and hit enter. If there is a problem then hopefully that'll point you the right direction, otherwise problems like this can be a pain to track down. You could try updating, reinstalling, or downgrading the graphic drivers to see if it resolves the issue.

I need to install the newest nvidia graphics driver from GeForce experience, but when I try to, it doesn’t work. It downloads, reaches 100%, waits a few seconds, then stops, and a small window in the corners tells me that I can’t install the update.
5 kwi 2024 · These errors can be caused by an incorrect system state. If the software installation fails, the best first step is to reboot and try the installation again. If that doesn't help, try explicitly uninstalling the previous version (if any), rebooting, and then reinstalling.
