28 lip 2024 · I finally found the answer for that. Open Safari > go on YouTube> play any video in full screen> at the bottom of the YouTube screen click on the (settings) icon in the YouTube video page. Uncheck the option (Ambiant mode) make sure it's off.
Go to accessibility setting, then display, then cursor. Finally change the cursor size slider back and forth and that fixed the flickering for me. Reply reply

21 cze 2014 · In my case, I discovered the source of this issue was the setting Automatically show and hide the menu bar being set to Always. By setting it to In Full Screen Only, the issue was resolved.

5 sie 2024 · If part of your desktop is showing while YouTube is in full-screen mode, press F11 (Windows) or Command + Shift + F (Mac) to place Google Chrome in full-screen mode. This may expand the YouTube window to fill the screen. Close and re-open Chrome before trying again.
