Both kits feature the exact same X-Line 6-piston off-road calipers, caliper mounting brackets, high-performance brake pads, and stainless-steel braided brake lines. The only difference between the Stage-1 and Stage-2 kits is the rotors.
15 sty 2023 · All the weight we add to the rigs including oversized tires is pushing OEM brakes to the limits. I don't see many people mentioning upgrading brakes. My buddy went top of line with Power brake big brake kit which is priced out of range for most people.
11 paź 2017 · For marginally better stopping but massively better brake feel I'd recommend looking into upgrading the brake fluid and brake lines to braided stainless steel. I'm pretty sure I saw a kit offered for the 4Runner from Goodridge or StopTech not that long ago.

2 cze 2021 · Remmen Brakes offers two kits for the 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner. The BA400 and the RK205. These are two options you can choose from, but depending on your vehicle’s upgrades and driving style may determine which option to go with. BA400. The BA400 is their Bathurst series brake kit.
29 sty 2018 · This is a very easy upgrade caliper swap. The mounts are identical and line up perfectly. 4th Gen Sport models (Sport Brakes Package optional on the Limited) have larger front calipers (13WH) and rotors than the SR5 models (13WG) so no modifications are necessary. The rear calipers/rotors are the same for all 4th Gens.
