I know a couple people who used that only and passed, but they took the exam within a couple weeks of graduation. Nurse Achieve is like a really terrible version of uworld. Uworld's questions are always on point, in my opinion. I found so many questions on Nurse Achieve that were literally wrong.
I tried uworld, and found it was really helpful but got through all the questions too quickly. Then recently I've tried Nurseachieve, with the adaptive CAT test. I got a pass, but I feel like there's a ton of information and material I wasn't prepared for.

I found Nurse achieve CATs to be a good predictor and also to have questions worded most like NCLEX- short and vague. I don't think it's the best resource for learning and reviewing necessarily, that's definitely uworld, but for practicing test taking it was helpful.
