Pregnant women, usually between the 11th and 14th week of gestation, undergo an ultrasound examination. The measurements taken during this ultrasound are input into the NT Calculator to help predict the likelihood of chromosomal conditions such as Down syndrome, Edwards syndrome, and Patau syndrome.
