NTUC members aged 40 and above can enjoy 50% of unfunded course fees capped at higher funding support of $500 per calendar year, for courses commenced between 1 st July 2020 to 31 st December 2022.
Steps to apply for. UTAP. (Union Training Assistance Programme) Step 1: Go to http://skillsupgrade.ntuc.org.sg. Click ‘Uportal’ to log in. Please apply online within 6 months from course end. Step 2: Login to your U Portal account. Click here to login. Step 3: Choose either SingPass Mobile or Uportal Account to login.
