All ESU members are strongly encouraged to apply before the deadline as late submissions will not be processed.

  5. The vouchers will be in digital form. Members who meet the eligibility criteria may submit your applications via the U Care System at https://ucare.ntuc.org.sg/assistance/.

  6. The NTUC Care Fund (e-Vouchers) are valid for purchase of basic necessities, dental services, school textbooks, assessment/reference books, stationery, school uniforms / PE attire / shoes / socks or other school-related items at the following redemption points.

  7. UPortal is for NTUC Members to claim for funding support from UTAP after course completion. You may sign up for the eligible courses directly with the Training Providers. To know which are the eligible courses, refer to Question 5 and navigate to ‘Search Courses’.
