Under the standard resource.cfg, priority is given to packages in the Overrides folder, over those in other folders. In the same way that tuning mods override EA tuning, this allows "Override" mods to override the tuning in other custom mod packages that you have installed.

15 paź 2017 · If you are having problems with mods or CC not working and you suspect it's due to things overriding each other in the Packages folder, it's probably better to check for conflicts with Delphy's Dashboard and resolve them before starting to move things into your Overrides folder as a solution.

Go to C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3. Create a folder called Mods. In this folder, create 2 more folders, one called Packages and the other called Overrides. In Packages you could create these sub-folders *Optional*: (depending on how you want to organize your custom content and mods.)
Hard recommend: Error trap, Overwatch, Master controller. The first two will keep your game functional and can more or less be ignored once you install them. (You can use Overwatch to group save all NRAAS mod settings though.)
All package files, including NRaas mods, should go into Packages unless the developer specifically says otherwise. It's pretty rare, though. Overrides loads later, so with a higher priority as said.
