17 wrz 2024 · Norton Secure VPN for Windows. I have been using Norton 360 on Windows 10 Pro for some time, but I have still not mastered the VPN. I have my system set to run the VPN continuously. However I sometimes find that it does not start when I turn my computer and router on (I always turn off at night).
When you start your computer, Norton Secure VPN fails to start during startup and Windows displays this message. To fix this, update your video graphics driver.
Step 1: Run the Internet Connection Troubleshooter. Select the Start button, and then select Settings>Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters, and then from the list select Internet Connection & Network adapter > Run the troubleshooter. Step 2: Reset TCP IP. On the Start screen, type CMD.
