Norton MyChart gives you convenient online access to portions of your electronic medical record (EMR) any time day or night. Whether you’re at work, on the road or at home, you can view your lab results, appointment information, medications, immunizations, allergies and more.
MyChart - Login Page. Ask nonurgent questions and send requests for medical advice or refills of any of your refillable medications. No more waiting for a phone call or letter — get test results faster and compare them with previous results.
From a computer, log in to your Norton MyChart account and select eCare eVisit from the menu on the right. From a mobile device with the MyChart Apple app or Google Play app, log into the app and select the E-Visit icon.
Search MyChart in the iTunes App Store or Google Play. Download and install the free MyChart app. Run the MyChart application from your smartphone. Select Norton Healthcare from the list of health care providers. Log in with your Norton MyChart ID and password.
Log in to your Norton MyChart account using a computer (this function is not yet available via the mobile app). Once logged in to your Norton MyChart, choose the “Your Menu” icon at the top left of the home page.
To opt in to email or text notifications, click on the icon. Also, review the contact information and verify that we have your current phone number and email. Can I see provider notes in Norton MyChart? Some provider notes are available to view automatically through Norton MyChart.
Please complete the information in the box to the left and an email will be sent to you with your MyChart username. If you do not receive an email in a timely manner, please check your spam folder and pop up blockers. The email will be sent to you from “donotreply@nortonhealthcare.org”.
