31 mar 2024 · Some Red Fox moved at decent prices relative to recent auctions. 63% sold overall, with northerns and easterns bringing $16-17, and westerns and centrals at $7-9. Similar to the market for coyotes, fox needs a fashion trend to bring in some new demand.
22 wrz 2023 · Some of the northern furs that are harvested in limited quantities (marten, wolf, wolverine, lynx) should be met with continued demand and bring decent prices. There is some upside to the lower end goods like raccoon, mink and muskrat depending on how the ranch mink supply plays out.

The hatter market has pushed beaver prices over $30 USD for large, prime pelts, and this should help many of the Northern trappers cover expenses. Catch them when they are prime, handle them well, and sell them quickly while the going is good.
