It's a game entirely based around selectively breeding Koi fish for variant colors and patterns. The patterns are procedurally generated based on the parent fish and RNG mutation. It's not uncommon to have to go several generations to get a pattern "right" enough to satisfy the guidebook challenges.
If anyone of you know what I mean, is there any game out there that allow me to mix DNA/Genetics to get new/improved flora/trees/animals/insects? Prefered with visuals, for example if I manage to get a new tree with purple leaves, the leaves are actually represented as purple.

Rimworld - There's an Animal Genetics mod that I personally love. You can breed selectively to increase the value higher and higher and it makes them worth more money. I recommend getting Alpha Animals too to add more animal variety. Anytime I play rimworld I usually go for the rancher farmer lifestyle lol.
