The National Data Buoy Center mobile web site offers recent marine observations.
This database holds wind, wave, and other marine data collected by the NOAA National Data Buoy Center (NDBC). The data are collected from NDBC moored buoys and from C-MAN (Coastal-Marine Automated Network) stations located on piers, offshore towers, lighthouses, and beaches.
The NDBC compiles coastal and offshore weather observations from NOAA fixed and drifting data buoys and C-MAN stations. Moored buoys are deployed in all U.S. coastal and offshore waters, from the western Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean around Hawaii, and from the Bering Sea to the South Pacific.
The National Data Buoy Center's Observation Search page. It generates a list of ship, buoy, and C-MAN observations for a specific area and time period. Area can be selected by point-radius.
Historical Observation Search - Search for marine meteorological observations for prior years with user specified observation criteria. Ship Obs Report - See meteorological observations from ships for the past twelve hours. BuoyCAMs - View an interactive map of NDBC stations with BuoyCAMs installed.
Global Marine Data Map. Use the digital map interface to search for and access global marine data with timestamp and geographic parameters. NCEI receives and archives data from ships at sea, moored and drifting buoys, coastal stations, rigs, and platforms.
