The National Data Buoy Center's Observation Search page. It generates a list of ship, buoy, and C-MAN observations for a specific area and time period. Area can be selected by point-radius.
NDBC moored buoy, C-MAN, and drifting buoy data are available in real-time through selecting either: NDBC Station locator map: a series of regional maps which show station locations.
The NDBC compiles coastal and offshore weather observations from NOAA fixed and drifting data buoys and C-MAN stations. Moored buoys are deployed in all U.S. coastal and offshore waters, from the western Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean around Hawaii, and from the Bering Sea to the South Pacific.
