23 wrz 2023 · A scan yesterday showed a gestational sac and a yolk sac but no fetal pole. So between 5-6 weeks? (Gestational sac measured 11.2mm which online searching seems to suggest 5+6 weeks).
8 paź 2024 · I had my ultrasound today (6w+3d) and it seems like the HcG levels are good and the gestational sac and yolk sac are in the right size. However, the doc couldn´t see a fetal pole or a heartbeat, is it game over?
6w1d scan: no fetal pole. I went in for my first ultrasound today. I should be 6 weeks 1 day based on my LMP. They found a gestational sac and a yolk sac but no fetal pole. They want me to come back in 10 days for another scan but they made it sound like I shouldn't be optimistic.
At 6+0 I got an ultrasound and the gestational sac and yolk sac were visible but not a fetal pole (which freaked me out bc I had a MMC with blighted ovum in December). I went back at 8+0 and saw our little babe and a heartbeat ️.
I had my first ultrasound at 5w6d and we saw gestational and yolk sac but no fetal pole. My RE didn’t even blink, said it was too early and scheduled me for 6w6d for another one where we hope to hear a heartbeat.
