All New Jersey school districts are required to demonstrate compliance with Alyssa’s Law using the NJDOE EWEG SYSTEM Homeroom application regardless of whether they intend to apply for a school security grant authorized by the Securing Our Children’s Future Bond Act, P.L. 2018, c. 119 (Bond Act).
All EWEG users must have a user ID and password in order to access the system. The URL for the homeroom page to access EWEG is: http://homeroom.state.nj.us/ (select the EWEG link on the left side of page).

1 maj 2024 · Applications are now available in Electronic Web Enabled Grants (EWEG) System in the NJDOE Homeroom portal. To gain access to this grant application within the EWEG system please email eweghelp@doe.nj.gov requesting the “UPK Facilities Grant Application”.
