23 cze 2023 · I can't allow access to my photos in my Nixplay app. This has happened before and I found the fix here, but I can't find it now and it's happening again. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling doesn't help nor does logging out of the app and then logging back in.
23 cze 2023 · I have a new iphone 13, all updated with iOs 16.5.1 and when I go to add photos to my Nixplay app, the option to allow photos access does not come up when I go into settings. Nixplay worked great on my old phone, iPhone 6s plus but now it says "access was previously denied".

1 sie 2022 · Nixplay Is Not Receiving Pictures. Check The Playlist Thoroughly. Whenever your Email photos to your Nixplay frame are not directly added to the library, you need to access the Email playlist to access these pictures.
Photos are sent to your frame using playlists. Photos sent to playlists that have not been added to a frame will not be displayed. Tap Send photos from the home screen, select from either Camera or your Photo Library.
