The Wii U is more capable than both the 360 and PS3. It has far more memory, the GPU has a better shader implementation, and its instruction set is much more modern. The only technical point where it lagged the PS3 and 360 was its CPU clock, but there's significant architectural differences that make that comparison much less linear.

Intel GPU: Limited support. Vulkan is recommended. If your graphics card has less than 2GB memory it's recommended to use OpenGL. In all other cases Vulkan is preferable.
