SaveGame Manager GX allows you to extract/install SaveGames and Miis from/to your Wii; data.bin files supported. It allows savegames to be copied from the Wii to an SD card, including savegames that cannot normally be copied from the system menu.

It's saves for games on the Nintendo Wii. You could put em on an SD-card and load it into a wii console for any wii games you want, no hacks or other tools needed. Should also be easy do on an emulator.
I mostly just use GameFaqs. Look up the game you want and it should have a section titled "Saves". You can download those and load them on your Wii. SSBB, mario kart and pokemon BR don't have files available because you aren't supposed to be able to get those files off your Wii.
