If you're looking for a game that a 3 year old only needs to hit his head on the controller to beat, I'd go Kirby, Lego city undercover, minecraft, arms, and just dance. Any game that would be hard to lose, or not feel bad if you lost. Edit: I'd actually recommend 1-2 Switch.
