23 mar 2021 · I have attached 2 images from the actual Nikon OEM user manual for these exact binoculars. They aren’t my words, but Nikon’s own words and diagrams. I just added the colored Arrows and Text Boxes to point out what they stated.
15 sie 2014 · REPLACING THE EYE CUPS. Remove the old eye cups by screwing the whole unit (rotating rubber eye cups and base ring) CLOCKWISE (opposite threaded to normal). Screw the new base ring on ANTI-CLOCKWISE but only a few turns, as you’ll need to rotate yet to get the bits in.
22 gru 2020 · One of the eyecups on my Nikon 12x50 SEs is cracked, so I looked on the Nikon website, didn't see a listing for replacement eyecups, and left an email question about the matter.
13 lip 2012 · So... I have a nice Nikon binocular that still have excellent optics and lens coatings. I purchased them the early '70's. However, over the decades, the rubber eye cups have eroded as shown in the attached picture. Does anyone know of a place I can purchase replacement eye cups.
