Zalety: bardzo uniwersalny zakres ogniskowych wzbogacony o stabilizację obrazu, co pozwala uznać ogniskową 200 mm za w pełni użyteczną, solidne wykonanie, bardzo dobra jakość obrazu w centrum kadru, dobra jakość obrazu na brzegu kadru dla zakresu 18-100 mm, mały astygmatyzm, świetna praca autofokusa. Wady:
PROS: 18-200mm focal length, VR II, compact size and weight (for the range it provides), easy manual override of auto-focus, fast and silent auto-focus. CONS: Very difficult to find anywhere...
This Nikon 18-200mm VR II is an extraordinary do-everything lens for DX cameras. It's the same as the old 18-200mm VR , with the addition of a zoom lock at 18mm. Otherwise, it is identical, and you can read everything in even greater depth at my original Nikon 18-200mm VR Review .
15 lis 2011 · You’ll see the pros and cons of the DX 18-200mm VR II against the premium DX 16-85mm VR, the DX 18-105mm VR kit zoom, and at the longer end of the range the DX 55-200mm VR.
The 18-200 VR II features an AF-S motor (silent-wave (ultrasonic)) and thus is fully compatible with all Nikon DX DSLRs, including the motorless entry-level models. AF action is virtually silent and quite fast for a super zoom lens. The lens features latest generation optical stabilization (VR II). Nikon claims a potential equivalent to 4 f-stops.
