CNC Rotary Table Series. CNC type series (φ100-φ1600) and 5AX type series (φ100-φ1200) rotary tables are available. A special alloy steel worm screw with excellent shock resistance is adopted for small-size rotary tables to extend their service life and realize high cost effectiveness.
The Multi Spindle Rotary Table model streamlines the milling process using multiple spindles (2 axes, 3 axes, or 4 axes). The pitch of spindles can be customized in accordance with the customer’s requirements. NIKKEN also manufactures 5-axis and 6-axis Rotary Tables.
SINGLE AXIS. Table size range (diameter): Ø105mm to Ø200mm. Suitable for a wide range of applications from a small drilling machine with simple indexing to full CNC positioning on machining centers in high production. Designed for indexing and rotational milling on a wide variety of workpieces.
