Finished the quest a while back. 1 no owl sound 2 they won’t spawn in later. Just rush the spots and see if you find them. 3 nothing to trigger them 4 rates are not bad. Got all mine on customs. I still hunt them nowadays haha. I just rush fortress/crackhouse/Elbow then reset if they are not there
At lvl 51 you unlock Night Sweep, hand over 12 FiR cultist knives, right now cultists spawn 100% on night factory. Use it I just got all 12 knives in 5 PMC and 2 SCAV raids. Why? Because 5 pmcs spawn on factory right so you will be able to loot and kill cultist with out worrying about other pmcs.
