Not like the quest helper on runelite, no, but you can use Alt1 as an overlay to have a guide on the same screen. Like I always advise, I would highly recommend doing quests without a guide (or at least use the guide for gathering items needed and not necessarily following it like a checklist and spacebarring quests).
