You'll never need to start the whole game from scratch to get a new ending if you don't want to. Getting endings A, B, C, D, and E took me about 25 hours in total the first time, but I didn't do much side content. Starting the game from scratch and getting all 26 endings took me around 35-40 hours. Hope this helps!

The first route (playthrough) takes probably somewhere between 10-25 hours depending on whether you're rushing through it or not. The subsequent two routes takes about the same time in total combined.

About the 5 main endings, how long it takes, and how repetitive it'll be: you play normally through the game (route A) and get ending A, you reload your save and continue in route B, it'll be the same events of route A, but from a different perspective.
