  3. You'll never need to start the whole game from scratch to get a new ending if you don't want to. Getting endings A, B, C, D, and E took me about 25 hours in total the first time, but I didn't do much side content. Starting the game from scratch and getting all 26 endings took me around 35-40 hours. Hope this helps!
