You'll never need to start the whole game from scratch to get a new ending if you don't want to. Getting endings A, B, C, D, and E took me about 25 hours in total the first time, but I didn't do much side content. Starting the game from scratch and getting all 26 endings took me around 35-40 hours. Hope this helps!
If you on easy it will be around 20 hours to complete the game. There is 3 playthroughs to finish main story line, also there is 60 sidequests.
24 lis 2017 · Nier Automata requires multiple "playthroughs" (and I put playthrough in quotes because, as was said, the word implies that you have to play the same game three times in a row, which is not accurate) in order to see the full story. It works like this: Route A is the first half of the story played by the first of three protagonists.
I am seeing a lot of threads which state there are 3-4 endings to the game. My question, how long will it take me to get to the real ending (not the 1st, but the last)? Thanks for the input!
