25 cze 2019 · Offer placental growth factor (PLGF)-based testing to help rule out pre-eclampsia between 20 weeks and 36 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy, if women with chronic hypertension are suspected of developing pre-eclampsia. In line with the majority of international guidelines, a diagnosis of pre-eclampsia can be made when hypertension arises after 20 weeks’ gestation and is accompanied by one or more of the following signs of organ involvement:
