It's a cheap bench (CAP is a budget brand). If you're not a large person and/or aren't pushing around much weight then it might be OK. Expect some wobbles. If you're willing to pay more, I'd recommend Rep Fitness. I bought their lower-tier AB-3100 Adjustable Bench for $209.
