24 cze 2024 · Enrollment on Arrival (EoA) affords conditionally approved Global Entry and NEXUS applicants the opportunity to complete their membership eligibility determination interview upon arrival into the United States via air, including from designated U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Preclearance locations.
The Trusted Traveler Programs (Global Entry, TSA PreCheck ®, SENTRI, NEXUS, and FAST) are risk-based programs to facilitate the entry of pre-approved travelers. All applicants are vetted to ensure that they meet the qualifications for the program to which they are applying.
NEXUS is designed to speed up border crossings into Canada and the United States (U.S.) for low-risk, pre-approved travellers. It is jointly run by the Canada Border Services Agency and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. NEXUS memberships are valid for 5 years.
