Just got my quest 3 a few days ago and never had an issue with trying to log onto nexus mods on the quest 1 and 2 but for some reason on the quest 3 it saying the captcha has failed and just gets stuck on an endless loop.

This solution worked for me: Go to Settings>Advanced>content settings>cookies. Scroll to the bottom.
