Searching for NZ companies. Each result shows the basic details of a company — its name, number, New Zealand Business Number (NZBN), status, registered office and date of incorporation. Select its name to view all the information we have for that company, including: current and previous addresses.

The Companies Register is a free online service provided by the New Zealand Companies Office. You can search the register by company name, number or NZBN. Advanced search options include entity type, address type, address keywords and incorporated between dates.
You don't need a RealMe® login or Companies Register account to request a company extract. Visit the Companies Register home page and follow these steps. In the Select company search field enter a company name, company number or New Zealand Business Number (NZBN) and select Search.
