The Office of the City Clerk performs marriage ceremonies throughout the day in all five City Clerk borough offices. You can schedule an in-person Marriage Ceremony through Project Cupid website at nyc.gov/cupid. Virtual marriage ceremonies are no longer available.
New York State Law requires any person who performs a Marriage Ceremony within the City of New York to register with the Office of the City Clerk prior to performing the Marriage Ceremony. Upon submitting this Marriage Officiant Registration Application, you will receive a Confirmation Number.
