10 lut 2024 · New Milford won a tight battle with Newtown for the SWC wrestling championship. The Green Wave, buoyed by 13 wrestlers who finished in the top four, scored 278.5 points, while Newtown was runner-up with 248.5 Saturday in Newtown. It’s New Milford’s third consecutive SWC tournament title, and its league-best 16th overall.
