NJ 70 is an east/west route crossing New Jersey from the suburbs of Philadelphia to the Jersey Shore. It begins at Kaighns Avenue (NJ 38) in Pennsauken, just west of its eastern terminus at US 30 and US 130. The westernmost section of NJ 70 is known as Marlton Pike. It extends east through Cherry Hill to I-295, with which it has an interchange.

Turn right at sign for Motor Vehicle Commission into the Executive Campus at Cherry Hill (directly across from Crown Plaza Hotel), Building Number 1 (the first building on the right upon entering the complex).

The New Jersey Turnpike passes through Cherry Hill, with Exit 4 connecting to NJ Route 73. Interstate 295 has three exits in Cherry Hill. Exit 34A/B at Route 70 (Marlton Pike); exit 32 at CR 561 (Haddonfield-Berlin Rd.); and exit 31 at Woodcrest station.
