6 lip 2020 · I tried to put the Westell into bridge mode to correct this matter....but the modem froze. After resetting it, the modem will work when directly connected to the computer. However, when I try to plug the modem into the router, I now lose my internet.

16 gru 2016 · I ended up doing a factory reset and patching it before setting it up as a bridge again. Oddly enough after updating the firmware and putting it back in bridge mode I can now access it's management page by IP address. The Netgear instructions for Bridge setup on this router must be very out of date.
19 sie 2018 · I didn't enter the hotspot password when enabling bridgemode and now my router is stuck. I can't access the routerlogin to disable bridgemode. I've pressed the reset button for 10 seconds and even 30 seconds. Can't get it to work.
14 lut 2017 · First you must reset your router with the reset button on the back pressed in for about 10 seconds until the power light turns orange and starts to blink. Second Kaspersky has been known to cause this problem. It must be uninstalled and reinstalled in order to get the login to the router back.
25 lip 2017 · I factory reset the router again and restarted the cable modem. Upon rebooting the router for its initial configuration, it still failed to get an IP. Instead of using the MAC spoofing, I restarted the cable modem a second time and the router was able to pick up an IP address using its own MAC address.
