Go to the Manage payment info page (payment methods cannot be managed within the Netflix app). Update your payment method by selecting the Update button next to it. Add a new payment method by selecting + Add Payment Method.

5 cze 2024 · To update your payment information on Netflix using your mobile device, open the Netflix app and log in if you aren’t signed in automatically. On the home page, tap the 3 horizontal lines in the upper-left corner and hit “Account” at the bottom of the menu that pops up.

Sign in to your Account and select Manage payment info. You cannot switch from Apple to a Netflix gift card at this time. If you signed up through a Netflix gaming app you will need to cancel your subscription through Apple. Note: If you can't remember your Apple ID, visit Apple support.
