The NetBurner Virtual Comm Port Driver enables you to create virtual serial ports on your Windows PC. These virtual comm ports appear as serial ports to Windows applications, but are converted to network traffic by the driver.
4 kwi 2010 · My question is: Is there existing Windows driver software that will setup a virtual COM Port in the PC such that my application programs can connect to the serial device through the SB700EX? The application programs will use any existing COM Port that has been defined in Windows Device Manager.
18 maj 2017 · Everything seems to be working fine, he would just like to setup a virtual COM port instead of having to connect via TCP/IP. When he runs the virtual comm port software, the image from my original post is what he sees.
Follow the instructions for the Virtual COM port driver from NetBurner. My settings for the device I built are shown below. The image below shows the port after it has been created.
2 gru 2016 · When I use HyperTerminal, I can see messages being sent between 2 virtual ports but nothing is being sent between a real and virtual port. Is it possible to pair a real and virtual COM port, via com0com or otherwise?
