1 lip 2024 · Road safety has emerged as a crucial concern, with the number of fatalities on the roads remaining alarmingly high and unacceptable in Nepal (Ojha, 2021). To mitigate the adverse effects of RTAs, continuous enhancement of road traffic regulation enforcement is imperative (Sieveneck & Sutter, 2021).
