24 wrz 2021 · I first replaced the glow plug relay, the injector wiring harness and main harness to FICM connector. I erased all the codes and tried to start the truck. There was no change in cranking, and it still didn’t start. So, I ran all the tests I could again. They all passed except for the open/short condition for all eight glow plugs.
11 cze 2021 · Cranks great just won’t turn over is confusing to me. If it doesn't crank with the key but the jumper wire works, try unplugging the new EBP sensor and inspecting its harness. Start will be inhibited if Vref (reference voltage to all the sensors is one circuit) is shorted anywhere.

23 kwi 2024 · I have been working on a crank no start on my 2005 6.0 102,000 mi. all tests pointed to HPO leak. I have removed the d-plugs and standpipes all o-rings look very good. Plan was to install new updated plugs and pipes and do another air test to see if anything else is leaking.
