16 mar 2018 · The Impact Texas Drivers program (ITD) is a free, one-hour video course provided online by the Texas DPS. Any adult applying for their driver license for the first time is required to complete ITD no more than 90 days before their driving exam.
The ITTD course is a 2-hour video for teens who have completed either a Texas instructor-taught drivers ed course or a parent-taught drivers education course (32 hours of classroom time and 44 hours behind the wheel).
