5 kwi 2019 · When i get negative multisshot on a Riven, for a weapon that doesnt have innate multishot (in my case a twinviper Riven with -83.5% Multshot), does it actually give me a 83% percent Chance to not shoot a bullet?
Multishot is a stat describing the number of projectiles (bullets, pellets, bolts, missiles, etc.) fired simultaneously per unit of ammo. Not only will this increase the weapon's damage, but each projectile has an independent chance to proc Status Effects and/or result in a Critical Hit. All...
A better way to say things would be to say, similarly to the wiki quote, that multishot is an extra kind of crit that's multiplicative with normal crits for beam weapons. It's a dmg multiplier but unlike serration that buffs the base dmg it buffs dmg after other mods. Think rhino roar for normal weapons almost.
4 sie 2019 · Not only might it not shoot when you pull the trigger, but the algorithm calculating the change to accuracy multishot causes on projectile weapons doesn't work with negative numbers, and you get shots that shoot anywhere from sideways to backwards.
17 wrz 2018 · Only weapons without a pellet count has a chance to not shoot at all, on shotguns negative multishot simply means less pellets. So on the Tigris you shoot 3 guaranteed pellets out of the 6 with a chance to fire 4.
If you start off with 0% multishot, and put this riven on, will that mean you have a 41% chance (it goes up to -41% multi) to not fire a projectile, but still consume an ammo, or does it simply negate any further multishot percentage you put on it?
